Are you ready for Project Animal Freedom's most exciting Springfield event yet?😄 Mark your calendar for our second annual summer potluck, now named our Freedom Potluck! Join the fun and share your favorite vegan food with people of all diets and backgrounds at the Washington Park Picnic Pavilion near the playground.

"Animal Freedom" is in our nonprofit's name because we believe that all species have the right to be free from harm. 💚 Our freedom potluck celebrates both America's independence day and our mission to inspire Springfield to support animal freedom, one delicious vegan meal at a time. To aid you in your journey, you will also hear from experts in nutrition and long-term vegans about how to live a vegan lifestyle that is as healthy and enjoyable as possible!

We will provide environmentally-friendly plates, bowls, cups, utensils, Beyond Burgers, and drinks. 🍔 We strongly encourage everyone to bring a dish or a snack to this community-building event. Please ensure all ingredients are free from animal products and be ready to state common allergens that may be in your dish (wheat, soy, peanuts, etc.) if asked. We also will need outdoor games, so please let Austin Simmons know if you are able to bring anything through Facebook or text at 217-725-2804
